What areas do you cover?
I cover all of Northumberland and North Tyneside, including places like Whitley Bay, North Shields, Shiremoor, Cramlington, and all of surrounding areas.
Are you experienced?
Yes, I’m a fully trained and experienced locksmith. I started Stay Safe Locksmiths in 2020 and have helped hundreds of customers since.
Do you offer emergency call out?
Yes, I do. If you’re locked out or need urgent help, just give me a call. I’ll aim to arrive at your property in 30 - 60 minutes, depending on your location.
How much is the call out fee?
I never charge a call out fee even on evenings and weekends.

What locks do you work on?
I work with all household and commercial locks, including UPVC door locks, mortice locks, Yale locks, euro cylinders, and many more.
What sort of doors do you work on?
I can work on any door type from wooden, upvc and composite to steel and aluminium.
Do you repair locks?
Yes, I always aim to repair rather than replace wherever possible.
Do you use insurance approved locks?
I use BS3621 insurance approved locks for wooden doors and TS007 3 star locks for upvc and composite doors.

What hours do you work?
I offer a 24 hour emergency service as well as pre planned visits inside of normal business hours.
How long do I have to wait for a visit?
I can fit you in the same day for emergency work or we can arrange a day and time suitable for you.
